Raymond Blanc
Known to be the "Very Hungry Frenchman", Raymond Blanc is one of the best chefs in the world. Born in the east region of Franch Comté in France, Raymont Blanc is an autodidact that has worked continuously to learn and prepare an innovative and organic cuisine. From waiter in Oxfordshire to acclaimed chef, Raymont Blanc is an ambassador of the French philosophy of good food being central to good living.

Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons
The Manoir is a luxury hotel labeled Relais & Chateaux set in the beautiful countryside of Oxfordshire. The hotel is also well-known for its gardens and especially the vegetable and herb gardens which are used for the two starred restaurant. The hotel has 32 guestrooms and suites, each with its own décor and atmosphere. You will be staying in a superior double room.

With two Michelin stars, the restaurant has been described as "a twist of imaginative genius" and the cuisine is undoubtedly the focus of every guest's visit. The quality of the food stems from the freshness and purity of its ingredients. The two-acre kitchen garden, which supplies the kitchen, produces 90 types of vegetable and over 70 varieties of herb. Executive Head Chef since 1999 is Gary Jones, whom Raymond describes as "the most gifted chef I know". You will enjoy a discovery 9 courses menu.
